Harsh Singh Dahiya is an Advocate at the Supreme Court of India with a distinguished multidisciplinary background in law, business, and engineering. An award-winning former entrepreneur, he has worked extensively for the empowerment of farmers, women, and young entrepreneurs in rural India, while also contributing to policymaking in the agriculture sector.

Specializing in white-collar criminal law, Harsh has been engaged in a wide range of complex matters spanning Criminal and Commercial Laws. His work includes significant contributions to criminal jurisprudence and politically sensitive cases, establishing him as a trusted voice in high-stakes legal and policy issues.

Harsh’s academic journey spans Engineering, Law (LL.B.), and an MBA from Cardiff University, UK, giving him a unique global outlook. His international exposure across conferences, think tanks, and policy forums has strengthened his commitment to advancing an India First perspective on the world stage.

A firm believer in Antyodaya—the “rise of the last person”—Harsh is dedicated to ensuring justice for all, particularly for those who lack the means to advocate for themselves.

Harsh has been honored with several prestigious accolades, including being named a British Council UK Alumni Awards Finalist (2024), recognized in Cardiff University’s 30 Under 30 Award (2023), awarded Best Management Consultant Award in UK (2018), awarded Top 25 Alumni of MREI Award (2022), and awarded Entrepreneur of the Year (2019) for his pioneering contributions as the Founder & CEO of Harvesto Group.
